He started in the flooring industry as a helper at 16 years old, and now at the age of 32, he's been running WoodPro Flooring for seven years, helping homeowners bring their flooring ideas to life. All projects are residential only, consisting of laminate, hardwood, carpet, and vinyl plank installation alongside floor levelling and custom staircases. On-site measure
A free visit to measure each room and look at what you have now: what the old floor is, how flat the surface under it is, and anything that needs fixing before new flooring goes down. That's where the real number comes from, not a guess over the phone.

Material selection & proposal
Look at samples and talk through which material suits each room: how it wears, how it handles water, how it feels underfoot. Then you get a quote for the work. Anything the measure turned up, like a room that needs levelling, is discussed before you decide.

Professional installation
The old flooring comes up, any levelling is done and given time to dry, and the new floor goes down with a small gap left at the walls so it can expand and contract with the seasons. If baseboards are part of the job, they go on after the floor and cover that gap.

Final walkthrough & care
Walk the finished floor together and ask anything you like. You'll go over the care basics for your material, including what to clean it with and what to avoid. You'll also know exactly which product was installed, which you'll need for any manufacturer warranty claim.
